Paneer Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup Lupin Flake
1 tsp vegetable stock
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
100g paneer cheese – grated
1 medium peeled potato – cut in half, steamed in microwave and grated
40g or half a small zucchini – grated
140g water
Plain Greek yoghurt to serve
Method
Place all ingredients except water in a bowl blend well together.
Add the water to the Lupin mix and combine well, using a spoon.
Let mixture stand for 15 minutes.
With wet hands form the mixture into balls of desired size.
Again let stand for 10 mins.
Deep fry balls in oil until golden brown.
Serve with plain Greek yoghurt and condiments of choice.
